Fee Information
Consistent with the standards of the executive search profession,
we charge a percentage of the successful candidates final negotiated
annual gross remuneration as our placement fee. The percentage
varies from between 25% to 30%, depending on complexity of the
search, the availability of the candidates, the nature of the
client relationship and the number of searches the client requests.
In some cases, we can also charge a fixed fee based on an estimation
of the annual remuneration and time required to fill a position.
All executive search contracts are subject to a minimum fee.
We work on a retainer basis which means that the anticipated total
fee is due in three installments, the first due on acceptance
of the client mandate, the second due on short listing of the
recommended candidates and the final portion being due on the
final hire.
Rarely we will agree to work on a contingency basis where we believe
that accepting such a risk is in the interest of our long term
client relationship.
These working practices can be adjusted to meet the needs of individual
clients and particular situations. An example would be where we
recommend an immediate opportunistic hire based on our intimate
knowledge of our clients business and long term needs and requirements.
