Yong Zeng , MBA , is the Founder of BESTalent and Managing Consultant in charge of legal professional service practice. Prior to opening her own firm Ms. Zeng was with Korn/Ferry International where she was responsible for executing searches for senior level executives in both Fortune 500 firms and very large domestic corporations. She has wide commercial experience in general management, sales and marketing and in the provision of legal advice. Ms. Zeng holds a Chinese Law Qualification Certificate issued by the Chinese Ministry of Justice.

Yong Zeng began her tertiary education at Beijing University graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, a specialization she continued at Rutgers University in New Jersey where she completed her Masters Degree. After gaining industrial and legal experience , Ms Zeng continued her education in Australia and obtained MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management which is operated jointly by Sydney University and the University of New South Wales .

Ms Zeng is a frequent presenter to the human resources industry and is very active in Alumni affairs.

Raymond F. Orr, CFA , is Managing Consultant in charge of the finance, banking & securities practice with BESTalent. Previously, he was treasurer and deputy treasurer of the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan . He has also worked as an institutional futures dealer with Bankers Trust and as an account executive for Merrill Lynch & Company. Mr.Orr has served as a founding director and treasurer of the Sydney Society of Financial Analysts for a period of five years. He earned his B.S. in mathematics and Physics, an M.S. in physics from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Masters of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia . He is currently a member of the Capital Markets Policy Committee of the CFA Institute based in Charlottesville Virginia .

Mr. Orr is the President and Founder of our sister company Stanley Financial Services, based in Sydney , Australia .
